Great meetup. Am I missing a location on this site with a list of presenters or a quick encapsulation of each company that presented that night?

Who attended?

  • 360 attendees
    •  Interesting presentations, great group, excellent facilities. Great job, Robert Reich!
    •  This was my first meeting - I really enjoyed it and found it useful.
    •  Great presenters, I enjoyed the new format. It was been a while since I've attended this meetup. Great job everyone.
    • Bartley Cox (+1 guest)
Very impressed with presenters! Will be using RiotFeeds and TravelFli. Thank you sponsors and Robert.
    •  Great presentations, and the use of music between segments was excellent - it kept the pace and provided a nice way to let the presenters know to move on.
    •  Very cool. It was my first one and I enjoyed the format and the casual atmosphere. Maybe I missed it, but maybe there should be a post-meetup meetup to support a local restaurant, rotating each week.
    • Jane Maurer (+1 guest)
Good presentations, temps were controlled, and fun attendees. Can't wait to try out Travelfli!
    •  Given the 2 cancellation it was still good. More homey, like a friendly BBQ .
    •  Intro music was too loud - it made it difficult to talk to attendees before the meeting. Start closer to the published start time. Great meeting!
    •  too bad TravelFli is not ready--many were ready to sign up--is there a way to let us know when it is live? a suggestion: because it is not possible to hear everyone who announces jobs, etc before the presentations begin, it would help if those people lined up and made their pitches at a mic (maybe placed at the back of the room to prevent crowding at the podium)--not everyone comes with a laptop or Blackberry. It would not take any longer, and everyone would be able to hear and see the speakers.
    •  This was a good forum where people openly expressed some constructive thoughts on how start-ups could be successful.
    •  This was GREAT. Under the microscope was great, Travelfli is killer, and contrast between Eventvue and Hoozat was soooo interesting - bet it made for a lot of after-meetup conversation.
    •  My first meeting. Interesting to hear a few of the company ideas that are in the works and to get the audience's thoughts about them. I enjoyed hearing the questions about what could be done to make the company better. I found it hard to distinguish the ones who know things and had valid points (like VCs) and the people off the street that thought that the cows should fall over.
    • Amanda Pingel (+1 guest)
I always love the presenters, and this was a good list. Will there often be duplicates between the Denver/Boulder meetups? It will affect whether I attend both.
