I've been to 3 NT meetups in Boulder and the Denver one really doesn't compare. I'm sure I'm not the first person to say this. Doubtful I would go to this one again, I'll see you in Boulder! :D Parking Tip: When I arrived the attendant asked if I was there for the game, when I wasn't he gave me a parking stub to use on the way out. Parking cost 5.50 which is at least better than $10. Things I liked: 1. Wasn't as overcrowded so you could get a seat. Reasons I was underwhelmed: 1. No food vendors, I always appreciate the free drinks prior. 2. Setting the speakers on stage seems to distance them from the audience. 3. Bad AV and lighting, hopefully it was just bad luck on this day and not routine. 4. Lots of bailed out speakers it seemed. Was this why Vidli presented again? (They did a great job in spite of the AV issues!)
    •  Very insightful presentations and excellent grilling by Robert and the audience. That's what I like! Make them answer the TOUGH questions!
    •  It was my first time at the New Tech Denver & I was impressed with the presentations and with the people around me. I'll definitely be back. I only wish I would have arrived a few minutes earlier for more networking.
    •  Great meeting last night. Excellent presenters, although the presentation by the three guys suits was not as pertinent to the group (IMHO).
    •  The lead person managing the presentations and time would have a mic to hear his questions and comments. If the question is from the audience, it would be nice repeat the question before answering. To help those presenting, how about New Tech come up with an outline on what to cover in 5 minutes. It would be helpful. Some of the slides had graphs or numbers which did not mean anything nor could anyone read from the back of the room.
    •  Robert always does a great job at keeping things moving and focused. Denver meetup lacks the energy, intensity & good sound quality of it's Boulder sister group, but still a worthwhile way to learn about New Technologies. Especially like the fact that it seems some Colo Spgs group venture up to give presentations -- always good to know about what's going on in other areas of the state.
    •  It was my first meeting and I loved every minute of it. I will be at all the rest I can fit in my schedule. Most definately worthwhile!
    •  good group of presenters/presentations; fast-paced, which I liked...
    •  Aside from the predictable technology issues, i found the presentations insightful and the businesses exciting! I will be back
    •  Interesting evening - my first. I particularly appreciated the questions - allowing critiques of the product or service presented. Acuity Dynamics, for example, at least showed themeslves how much they need to work on their presentation.
