One of the best. Much better demo/PPT ratio! The last 'educational' one was great - more of thes would be good.

Does anyone have any parking tips? With 249 attending I expect it to be a bit sparse.

I would dearly love to come to this Meetup, and fully intended to, but the forces have contrived to keep me from making it. Anne Twitter: annepmitchell Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pro...

Can't wait to see you all! It's like the monthly meetup of pretty much all my Boulder/ Denver friends under one roof. Awesome.

Who attended?

  • 250 attendees
    •  I thought it was great, you had interesting companies lined up. We stuck to the agenda, yet their was some flexibility and banter. I am not a hard-core IT guy so I learned a lot by exposure, but I am an idea guy and I have several news one after last night.
    •  Lots of fun with lots of laughs. I don't know who the godsend is who pays for the booze and hor'dourves, but thank you very much. Looking forward to it next month.
    •  I hadn't been to one in a while, because the time is about an hour too early for me. That said, I had fun listening to the ideas and questions. I'll try to carve out more time to attend in the future. The crowd has grown rowdier since I last came. :) No matter, it was fun to network and get a sense for what's going on in our tech community. Kudos to Robert for keeping it going!

Some of the companies were interesting (DizGo), but some did not have their business model well thought out.
    •  Lots of new ideas, solid demos + clear presentations. One of the best NTMs yet.
    •  Being new to Colorado and Boulder, I'm obviously not familiar with the area. So leaning on Google maps, I copied and pasted the event location into Google Map search. The search results presented two locations, one inside Boulder itself, and one just outside on Jay Road. Being certain it couldn't be the one on Jay Road, I used the Meetup site's "Get Directions" tool. This tool then showed me that it was in fact the location on Jay Road! Imagine my frustration to learn that it was not on Jay Road after all, and being late already, I decided to give this Meetup and miss. Unfortunate as I was really looking forward to it. Please could the organizer make sure there is a correct map attached to the invitation and reminder for events??!! Many thanks, Ryan Shields
    •  Excellent presentations and a great group of folks. Goes to show, yet again, what a tremendous tech community we have here in the Front Range!
    •  Good presenters. I was interested by both GNIP and DandyID, but didn't think they got their messages out as clearly as I would have hoped. Anyways great round up of companies. I enjoyed hearing about both of the local / mobile shopping apps as well.

Thought it was great, but my view might be skewed because it was my first Meetup
    •  Is it just me, or was the group even more hostile than usual last night? Kudos to everyone who has the chutzbah (nerve) to get up in front of the firing squad. For all those people who were being unnecessarily ubnoxious, grow up and find an idea of your own so you don't have to rag on everyone else.
    •  this was my first one and it was awesome. great constructive criticism and interesting presentations.
    •  Great group of presenters, lively audience and some decent networking.
    •  Exceptional, maybe the best yet.
    •  Better than ever.
    •  Some excellent presentations this time around.
    •  I uploaded some misc. pictures I took of the very strong group of speakers - they did a great job!
    •  This was an excellent meeting! I think the last presentation about using Facebook and LinkedIn for advertizing was great! You should do more educational presentations like that.
    •  Good time, really enjoyed the final preesentation / education on web advertising by Dennis Yu.
    •  This was my first Meetup. Great presentations, interesting subject matter and a real sense of enthusiasm from the crowd. See you next month
    •  Very good group of presenters this time
