CSIA presented in January about a new tax the Governor’s office is trying to push into law. I do not have all the details, but it sounds like they are pushing ahead. Today's the last day for the House to review and pass the Software Sales Tax, HB 1192. Contacting your reps will still make a difference! This is pretty much a party line vote; several Democrats have been swayed and will vote NO on HB 1192. Act now: bit.ly/9iPSzn

The Fight Continues on in the Senate!

The House passed the bill on 3rd reading 35/30. Good news is we were able to persuade some of the Dems to shift to an opposition position, so all of our communications now need to be shifted to Senators.
