Located in heart of downtown Boulder, CO with offices in Palo Alto, CA, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Director of Product Management to join our team. Main Job Duties:
• Define, drive and prioritize product strategy and roadmaps
• Work cross functionally to launch new products and improve existing ones
• Specify and write product requirements documents
• Lead designers to create compelling user interfaces
• Work with engineering teams on technical specifications and delivery schedules
• Gather and research consumer needs and user requirements
• Coordinate and manage timelines, deliverables and deadlines with product marketing and development teams
• Responsible for the product lifecycle
• Provide qualitative and quantitative market research data
• Become an expert in the competition and business environment
• Ensure that products support OneRiot’s strategic goals

Requirements:
• 5 years+ experience in developing product search technology
• Experience with search, social media and/or web based ad products desired
• Passion for web technology, software development, and gaming
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer needs and market research
• Understanding of interaction models and principles of user interface design
• Ability to build a road map for search engine products and balance the needs of business stakeholders in product lifecycle
• Project management experience
• Demonstrated success defining and launching amazing products
• Strong technical background in web applications
• BS or MS in computer science or business (MBA)
• Ability to handle the pressure and fluidity of a start-up environment
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to fulfill multiple roles
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to think strategically and see the big picture
