Located in heart of downtown Boulder, CO with offices in Palo Alto, CA, we are seeking an exceptionally talented software engineer to join our team. Our top candidate will have hands on coding skills in Java and/or C++, experience with system architecture and performance tuning, and experience with search engines in order to deliver the best products possible. Main Job Duties:
• Improve search results through data collection, analysis and tool development
• Implement ideas through expert level coding skills
• Develop new and innovative ideas and solutions

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Java and/or C++ programmer
• Substantial Perl and/or Python and/or Bash experience
• Search industry experience desired
• Document (text/ MIME) parsing
• Language classification
• High scalability applications development
• Understand trade-offs in system architecture relating to performance tuning.
• Application profiling
• Bachelor’s degree desired
• Love of developing novel and creative solutions
